Jessica Carwardine
Meet Jessica - Jess is a Graphic Designer with over 5 years of industry experience. Jess combines her passion for marketing and design to problem solve with creative thinking. Having previously worked across inhouse and agency roles Jess has expanded and developed her extensive understanding of techniques across print and digital design. Collateral include; LSM, EDM, GIFs, social tiles, instagram highlights, brochure design, internal campaigns, powerpoint, pitch decks and annual reports. At Domino’s her role also requires her to step into the art directing/leadership space on photo shoots and work closely with photographers, including post shoot retouching.
Coming from a very fast paced and integrated inhouse role, Jess has full confidence in her ability to meet deadlines and closely follow briefs. She also understands the importance of following brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all design collateral.
On top of her skills Jess is a very positive person who works well under pressure, with a demonstrated capacity to lead and support team members to embrace challenges with a positive perspective. Being task orientated, she understands the importance of consulting and listening to feedback and always aims to deliver work to the best of her ability. As the design industry is ever changing and new technology appears, Jess is eager to keep learning new techniques and share these with her team.

Lorna Jane is a Global Active Wear company based in Brisbane. During Jessica's time here she helped develop print and digital material including; EDMs, POS, Internal HR resources and edited eCommerce and campaign imagery. She also assisted with the creation of app content.
Graphic Designer - Domino’s Pizza Enterprise

At Domino’s Pizza, Jessica works across print media, internal communications, liaison with printers & photographers, oversight of product photoshoots and edits products in post. She works alongside the brand and communications team under the guidance of the Art Director. Jess also interacts with the wider business including; head office, international teams (in Germany, Japan and Taiwan) and major stakeholders for projects such as Domino’s Rally, and the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.

P4 was a marketing and communication agency. During Jess’s time at P4 Group she was given the opportunity to expand her knowledge and increase her skill set across digital and print design. This role saw the development of pitch deck’s, brochures, flyers, EDMs, style guides, case studies and end of contract reports for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
